Click "Add" to introduce new bikes; each bike costs 50 points,
and each time it bounces it costs 10 more.
Mouse click anywhere within the animation frame to launch a suitcase
bottom to top from that horizontal offset; right mouse clicking
causes the suitcase to go straight. There is no cost for
suitcases, but you can only launch 10 and they disappear at the top.
You get 200 points for each Bike Friday/suitcase intersection.
